Hi,

I am desperately trying to have an answer. 
I went to a Xfinity shop July 1st to stop my service as I am going back to France

I gave back my modem. 
But surprisingly I have been charged $35 on July 13th. 
so I would like to have my autopay stopped and my money refunded. 

Could you please do what is needed to have my account cleared.
