Third time typing this….. as every time I tag internet the site errors out…..

our internet has been intermittently working and now is finally no longer working at all. Multiple techs and supervisors have been out everyone blames a modem/router. And surprise it never fixes the problem. Does anyone know if there’s a solution outside of trying the same thing every time? There’s a huge construction site 3 houses down that spans at least 10 acres and the problem started when they broke ground and tore up the road. Trying one last shot before we take our years of loyalty to another providers who’s willing to provide us with the services we pay for.

If you still find yourself having issues, feel free to click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we can see if we spot any other issues.

SAME!!!!  I keep typing out a complaint and it keeps going to error when I do a tag!  WE NEED UPDATES ON INTERNET IN KATY TX

This doesn’t work well as it doesn’t provide information other than saying there is an outage with no estimated time for resolution and no way to contact anyone.

You might want to check this page for information.  Be aware, however, that even field techs have been affected by this storm so have some patience while they get the infrastructure back up and working.
