I  never see internet like yours i pay for 50 but when i start to work internet drop at 15  sometime 9  and it’s always down.

Got it! Have you tried any kind of troubleshooting like restarting the modem or checking the cable connection to the modem?

Yes many time I have disconnect the router , I put a new coax cable and resetting
