We pay for a service that is constantly being interrupted and plain not working. Over the last 3 weeks it has progressively gotten worse. The two most recent calls we were told both times it was due to routine maintenance. I believe at this point we deserve credit on our bill. This is legitimately become thievery, stealing. You are expected to provide a service that has been paid for. We pay a monthly fee expecting to receive what was in the contract. You haven't held your end of the contract so we want to be compensated. What happens if our house gets robes because our system is constantly offline? The appropriate move is for us to be compensated for all the Hassel, breach if contract, and inconvenience.
