Internet will randomly drop for days
I've been with XFinity for home internet for 5 years now and my internet will randomly go out for days at a time for 2 to 3 months. It is nearly impossible to get an actual person to talk to and the Xfinity Assistant just tries to send a tech to my house. The problem is NOT at my house. I am literally the last house on this service line and something down the line is and had been causing an issue, but because no one upstream is having an issue I get the same "no outages reported" message from the ai assistant
