Internet was down
On Feb 2nd and 3rd their was a cable line damaged in my area causing my internet to be down. I work remote and this was extremely unacceptable of what happened. I lose two days of work. I would like a credit on my account. Thank you

@user_7r6lwb For credits pertaining to service interruptions you'll want to log into our support page with your Xfinity ID and password. Once you're logged in you'll want to scroll down about halfway down the page to the option above Additional Support that states "Check credit eligibility" and select it. Afterward, a form will launch. You will then be able to review your submission and can add the adjustment to your account. The system will reject the credit request if:
You are still experiencing a service interruption
Entered an incorrect date
Already received the maximum amount of credit we can provide for the interruption(s)
We do not issue credit for wages loss with work due to an interruption as we are an entertainment service and its intended use are outlined in the terms of service and what is qualified for a service credit.
