Internet, very expensive in customer service has no respect

OK they did it again. I tried to leave feedback and they literally blanked out my whole entire feedback. And I’m sure they’re doing this too. Everybody else who’s complaining about how expensive Xfinity is. How Customer Service treats their customers like <Edited: Language> and how they have no respect and they don’t care about loyalty you could be with him 20 years And they’re really to kick you to the curb. Customer Service basically laughed at me when I asked if there was anything they could do any other services that they could provide at a lower cost or if I could have the same pricing as the new customers coming in that are getting the exact same service I get but for like 45 50 $ a month and she said sorry I says well I don’t think that’s fair and she said oh well And then she went on to say where do you want us to cut your service off? I was like what. And she says well I’m assuming you’re gonna say you’re gonna leave us and I’m like yeah I’m gonna go over to T-Mobile. Lots of my friends are over at T-Mobile and Lovett and she says OK. Call us back when you wanna cut off your service and we’ll be right out, that’s it. Unbelievable horrible nasty Customer Service agents.
