internet usage courtesy month

Hi,

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-exceed-usage?linkId=177096133 seems to suggest that Xfinity is still offering that, once a year, I may exceed my 1.2 TB data usage w/o charge. Is that still true? Unfortunately, the 'usage meter' link in that post is not working. It's also not working from the 'assistant app.

I always recommend trying to check the data in the Xfinity app! The information in that link is accurate, and I'd be happy to check the data for you if you could send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
