Internet upgrade

I upgraded my internet and recieved a confirmation telling me that when new equipment was shipped to my home I would recieve an email with a tracking number. I have not recieved the email or equipment. The Xfinity assistant does not understand that I have not recieved the equipment. It would be nice to talk to a real person that could solve this issue.

Hi @Mrk2, and thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forum to get with your equipment. I'm sorry you haven't received the new modem yet. I'd be happy to check your shipment, and if necessary, ship a new modem. I'll also keep in contact to make sure you receive this one.
