Internet Upgrade in Bulk Community Agreement

Good afternoon, 

I wanted to inquire about upgrading my internet speed in my new apartment. The apartment complex has a bulk community agreement with Xfinity, which provides all tenants with the base 100mb plan. I wanted to reach out to see what upgrade options are available.
