Internet underground cable locating and marking before excavation work

Current customer and I need the Xfinity internet underground lines marked on my property. I will be having ground excavation work performed in proximity to main junction box and want to be sure crews know were buried lines are located. The main line for my street and direct connection line to my home need to be marked. I cannot afford a disruption in internet service and waiting for repairs.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us, to have underground utility lines located and marked, you need to reach call 811 or visit the 811 dig website to make the request. Once you make the request through 811 Dig, they will reach out to Xfinity to have a team come out and mark the utility lines

811 had previously marked the lines and cannot tell which telecom line is which company. I reported it to Xfinity and they said they sent out a technician. The ticket was closed saying no service issue and I checked my security cameras and no one from Xfinity showed up or contacted me. Customer service said ticket is closed and no further action needed. This is why I'm escalating to here because I'm being misled through regular customer service.

@user_81z00o, I will need to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and your address, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.

If you're following this thread, just know you will get little to no assistance from Xfinity.  Re-directed back to 811 utility marking which specifically stated they mark the telecom lines but, don't identify which line belongs to which company.
