Internet Tv glitching and dropping constantly

in the last month I have more internet and cable issue.  Especially our new digital cable box.  It has frozen, glitched or had an error nearly everyday sometimes twice a day.  I have had more issues in the last month than I’ve had in the last 15 years.  We need a service technician to come check our system.
