Internet too expensive

My bill is too expensive and I see other internet providers advertising faster speeds at considerably lower monthly rates. Windstream is offering a 1 gig plan for $29.99 with my ATT wireless discount of $20 and offer a $300 gift card if I switch from Xfinity.

I'd like to be able to direct message an agent to negotiate my bill price.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I'm in the same situation after my two year promo price expired in June. I see the 5G internet plans might be a better value.

I've tried to contact someone but the voice menu seems to not recognize "cancel my account" and pressing 0 for operator does nothing. I might just go the a Comcast store tomorrow.
