Internet technical support.

Hello!

I’m trying to get in touch with a human about my Internet service. We had a technician come out yesterday who failed to resolve the problem saying that it was a maintenance issue at the post. I’m trying to figure out when this person might appear. Unfortunately, the Internet service is intermittent and so therefore looks like it is attached and is being read as corrected. Is there anyway I could talk to a human being about this problem. I’ve been through your automated Xfinity chat and phone chat 5 times in the last 24 hours without success. Thank you.
