Internet still down

Scheduled upgrade 6/13/25 , supposed to be down for no more than 11 hours, it is now 8 days.. Spoken o 7 service reps who have all assigned me it would be on 7 different times. My next call is to the local NBC News to investigate. I am injured and bedridden and for 8 days I have had no Internet or TV access.
