internet startup

i do not have an updated IOS and can’t download the app to access my internet. how else am i supposed to start it?

To get support with your NOW internet, you can follow this link for NOW Support. There is an overview, FAQ's and also access to the Xfinity Assistant.  Please let me know if you have any more questions.

The FAQ only tells me how to start up my internet with the app. I need an actual person to start up the internet with me since, like i said before, i can’t get the app
