Some how my internet speed got lowered without my knowledge. I would to like to talk to a manager to get it put back to where it was before the reduction.

@user_1ld6sn Thanks for adding a post to the community, and letting us know what happened. Our internet speeds recently changed, so going back to a prior internet promotion is not possible. We now have 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gig, and 2 Gig speeds to select for the home. You can choose the speed that fits, and find the best price by signing in here https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels. It shows all the current promotions, including the offers we have access to, and any special or limited time offers just for your account. To keep your account safe, be sure to reset the password with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password, and remove any users you don't recognize from your account.
