internet speed

plan is 1100mbs ... getting around 500 to 600 since i upgraded speeds about the same i was getting when i was running 800mbs ...

I understand that you are only getting about 500-600 Mbps, can you share how this speed test was performed and if it was via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection? Also, can you share with us what troubleshooting steps you have already attempted, such as checking the connection, rebooting the modem etc.

did some on xfinity and on other sites ... on xfinity it was 350mb from xfinity to modem ... ran thru xfinity troubleshooting automatic with question ... it fixed it for about 18 hrs or so but it aparntly not a permanant fix ...

Have you rebooted your modem by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in?
