Internet Speed Upgrade
I have internet and home protection services. I would like to upgrade to 1200mbps using the Xfinity app. I am able to select the new speed, but it is also forcing me to reselect the home protection at $10 more than what I am currently paying. I need assistance with upgrading the internet Speed only.

Hello, @user_dz479i how are you? This may be happening if you have a promotion or a package that's no longer offered. But we can take a closer look at your account to help and confirm! We'll just need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
