Internet speed, not good

Hello Xfinity Support,

I’m a customer paying for your 2 Gig Internet plan (2,000 Mbps), but my actual speeds are consistently between 900 Mbps and 1,500 Mbps, even on wired Ethernet connections. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps through the Xfinity app, including restarting the gateway multiple times, without improvement.

I’ve documented my speeds and will be filing an official complaint with the FCC if this issue isn’t resolved promptly. I expect a billing credit and/or technician visit to ensure I receive the speeds I am paying for.

Please investigate this issue and apply a credit for the time I haven’t received the full speeds advertised. I have had Xfinity technicians come out here. This is a new construction Home the first subcontract you sent completely [Edited: "Language"] up the job and wired it wrong using terrible out of date amplifiers.  The second technician was more competent he fixed the subcontractor’s work however I am still experiencing low speeds. The technician told me that there is a larger amplifier towards the end of my block, and that you guys can Boost the signal, I expect this to be done promptly

** please noteIf nothing is done, and these emails are ignored by Xfinity then I shall be forced to escalate to the FCC consumer complaints

Thank you,

Jeffrey [Edited: "Personal Information"]
