Internet slow and constantly dropping, happening to my entire street.

I have a new modem and the wire coming to my house has been changed, even though I keep saying its effecting my all of my neighbors too.

Just a follow up for anyone who's interested.  I had several technicians at my home, two of them complained that I was making them look bad.  One of the supervisors called and said my neighbors weren't having problems because they weren't complaining.  The reason they weren't complaining is because they gave up.  Anyway, I switched to StarLink and dropped my internet with Xfinity.  I did keep my phone line because we need a fax machine.  Okay, that's the update.
