Internet setup

We got a new modem, it says setup is complete but we're not getting anything on our devices

@user_ygxgi3 Thanks for adding a post to the community. We can help. Are you swapping modems? If so, did you follow the steps on the video here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfi-gateway-app? That shows how to connect it and also activate with the Xfinity App.
