user_0csqdd Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your modem. Usually, if your modem is blinking blue it means it's trying to establish a connection. Are you trying to activate a new modem/replacement modem or brand new service? If so, the best first step is to download the Xfinity App, from there it will walk you through activating your service, and setting up your network. Please let me know if you have already tried the App, and we can move to the next step.
