Internet set up issues
I purchased an internet plan to ship to our house on September 15th. It’s critical that we have this internet service so that we can both work from home during this pandemic. I never got an email confirmation, my credit card was never charged and I have no idea if my package is going to be delivered to our home when we move in. All I’m getting when I log into my account is “thank you for your purchase, please check back later for blah blah blah”
Please help as it’s absolutely critical we have internet so that we can continue working
