Internet service

My internet service has been out as of 9:00 a.m. today and was inquiring if I received a credit for non-service up to this point once it is restored. Have received a message that it would be restored as of 11:45 a.m., and then 2:00 p.m., it is now going on 3:00 p.m. and I still have no internet service.
