Internet service

I’ve been a customer since 2020 Today Friday no internet service. Absolutely the worst customer service experience notified by the rep my modem is offline they can’t resolve but commitment to have a technician out on Friday Promising the technician works until 8pm and will be out on Friday before 8pm Then receive a text message scheduled service will be Saturday night not Friday as rep indicated. Therefore without internet and Tv for over 24 hours and no follow up to explain why can’t be fixed sooner All communication is by text that the scheduled service is not available sooner Pay high fees for a service disruption over 24 hours Still not fixed and expectations that I should be fine to wait until Saturday night and also refer Xfinity to others

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey, @user_ea08jm! How about we take a closer look at things for you and see what we can do to help? It would be our pleasure to review and resolve this as quickly as possible :) Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

To send a direct message:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!
