Internet Service Outages

Hi Xfinity,

This has become a big concern: My internet service is subject to random internet outages on a daily basis, at least 2 to 3 times a day for the past month. This has occurred before a couple of months ago and it is now coming back. Please address this as soon as possible. This makes my entirely family feel unease especially on conference calls, doing work online, etc.

It would be good to talk to a live representative. All I can reach is a chatbot which cannot even understand when I request to talk to a live person.

Thanks,

user_a3qxq0 Thanks for reaching out! We do know how important it is to have service up and running in the home. When the interruptions occur, have you checked the Xfinity app, or Xfinity Status Center for the cause?

When the outage happens, the message is always the same. There are really no diagnostics. I need your help to find out what is going on. Based on what I gather so far, it happens often around lunch time and round 4pm to 5pm =>Twice a day. This is just so frustrating.
