Internet service down

My internet service has been out since 6/29 1:00 am, I received a notification that the outage was due to work that has completed. My service is still out and I work from home and my ac/heating is connected through my wifi. I am at risk of losing my job and substantial wages due to this unreliable service from Xfinity. A technician was sent out today 6/29 at 11:30 am and he told me that the pole service line in my neighborhood was down and that the other homes in my area are without wifi as well. He said there was nothing he could do and that they might send a technician to fix the line in 48 hours. I NEED HELP NOW! This is completely unprofessional and it seems there is an issue with my service almost weekly. I need assistance with this matter immediately.
