Internet service disconnected without my permission by online chat agent.

Yesterday night, I want to activate my own new modem by online chat, but in chatting, my phone suddenly had no signal. After My phone resumed signal, I found that my internet was disconnected by that online agency. I am very angry with this ridiculous behavior. Please investigate this and resume my internet. Thanks.
