Internet service complaint

I have lost internet twice in three days.  On the second time I restarted the router and use the chat feature.  The chat feature was horrible and called customer service.   After explaining the problem 3 times they were having me perform the same exact steps I did via the chat and not acknowledging that I was asking why it continue to have drops in service.   After 30 mins of troubleshooting via xfinity I decided to hang up and waited for the internet to come back on.  I understand outages occur but getting help was a disaster from either the chat or on the phone.  Totally disappointed with the customer support!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_3l02c7! I can understand how frustrating it is to lose connectivity multiple times, expecially in a short period of time. When an interruption is impacting the neighborhood and not just your address, we have a dedicated page for monitoring the interruption. We have an official article with steps here:

I also understand wanting your services back online as soon as possible. When there is an interruption occurring in the area, the interruption needs to be resolved before the Xfinity assistant chat or an agent can send remote troubleshooting signals.
