Internet service cancellation

I called yesterday 10/30/2025 around 10:26AM and canceled my internet service. Everything went okay and the employee stated it was canceled. The employee mentioned that there'd be a cancellation confirmation email but I never received anything. 

Can I have confirmation that the cancellation went through properly? I want to make sure that I won't get charged for the next month.
