Internet Service Cancellation Request

Hello,

I would like to cancel my Xfinity Internet service.

I prefer to handle this process entirely in writing via text (online) and do not wish to receive any phone calls regarding this request.

Please let me know how to proceed. Once an official representative replies to this post, I will send my account details (full name, service address, and account number) via private message.

Hello,

I sent my cancellation request and account details earlier, but I have not received a confirmation yet.

I would like to resolve this cancellation quickly and without further delay. If my request is not processed promptly, or if I face unnecessary barriers to canceling my service, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue by filing an official complaint with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and my state's consumer protection agency.

Please process my cancellation request immediately and confirm my final service date.
