Internet service cancel online
I forgot to cancel my Xfinity Service before moving out of the US. I am trying to cancel my internet service online or via email but find no such options.
There is no real person agent in the help chat, while the AI chat assistant only provide options to call me directly. I feel this is kind of fraud that the company deliberately makes it difficult for customers to cancel the services and benefit from recurring payment.
for device, I left it with my friend waiting to return to xfintiy shop.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

They say you can cancel through the chat but then tell you that you have to call. I went to a store yesterday to cancel and they even told me I have to call. But the website says you can do it online via chat or just visit an xfinity store. Ugh. That is why I am done with them.
