Internet service area and options for Clark County, Washington?

My name is Jesse [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I am the GIS Manager for Clark County, Washington.  Clark County is working with the State of Washington on a statewide grant application for the U.S. Dept of Commerce’s Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program (https://broadbandusa.ntia.doc.gov/funding-programs/broadband-equity-access-and-deployment-bead-program-0).  The BEAD program provides federal funding to local jurisdictions for the purposes of expanding broadband access to underserved areas of Clark County.  Clark County plans to use the funding to build broadband infrastructure in the underserved areas of the county that internet service providers could leverage to expand their infrastructure and services for both residential and business customers.

I am involved in the data collection portion of the grant application which involves reaching out to the internet service providers like Xfinity to solicit information about the areas that they currently serve within Clark County and the types of broadband services that they have available.  My team plans to use the information solicited from the internet service providers to identify areas of the county that are currently underserved and would benefit from access to broadband services.  If possible, I would like to identify a direct contact at Xfinity that can assist me with my information request and other questions that may arise as we develop our grant application.  I would also like to send them an online survey that the state of Washington created which contains more detailed questions.

Lastly, Clark County’s grant application is due by June 14th so we are on a very tight schedule to gather information from internet service providers.  If it is possible to expedite this request, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you,

Jesse [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello @user_6930b6 thank you for reaching out through our forum.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
