Internet scam

I am a customer of internet service for 2 years and a mobile customer. Xfinity just raised my price from 35 to 95 dollars without letting me know. Now when I reached out to crs they said I can offer at $68.i guess they r not interested in keeping customerss. Such a shame. Fidium and optimum is offering better offers
