Internet restore update

I have been without internet for 2 weeks now with no updates on the app or through texts. Still says under investigation due to weather. Well, the weather has been cleared the past week. No ice or snow left, so where is my internet? Xfinity customer service phone doesn't work and just drops my call everytime. Fix this please!
