I believe my service was shut off for nonpayment and have since made payment. How long does it take to reconnect my service? It’s been over a half hour and nothing yet.

Good afternoon user_lwtnwv as long as the total past due payment has been made your service should restore instantly. Have you already unplugged your modem for 15-seconds, and plugged it back in? That can help with restoring the service if it takes longer.
