Internet promotion
Hi,
I would like to get the new xfinity internet promotion .
I've been xfinity customer for a while now and I see this being unfare not to be able getting the 50$ 1Gig fiber for 5 years as it is the current promotion you offer the new customers.
[Edited: "Soliciting"] I just rather not to switch SERVICES unless I have too. I also have 3 phone lines with xfinity and I'm looking to add a line in the near future.
please help me get the new customers deal.

Thank you for reaching out to us @fjankhot! Please keep in mind that all existing customers were once new customers who also already took advantage of new customer pricing options. Most companies offer new customer deals to motivate potential customers to switch providers. At Xfinity, one benefit new customers do not receive is Xfinity Rewards, which provides complimentary gifts to customers. The longer your tenure the better those rewards, as an additional thank you to long term customers.
While existing customers are not eligible for new customer promotions, we can certainly take a look at the options that are available. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
