Internet problems

Tech was here today to fix TVs and after he left my internet was not working ….I have moved modem to another coax cable and it now works. But not in the location I need

Scheduled another appt to have fixed only to be followed up by a message saying “ We fixed your service”. Internet was working fine till tech messed with cables outside my home.
