Internet problems

It’s Like one day it work the nexts it doesn't I don’t understand if it supposed to be a fast hotspot why can’t get be connected everywhere in my house not just one room or why do it don’t work at all

Hey there, @user_r9v7t0. What sort of troubleshooting steps have you taken? I would advise checking out our WiFi Boost Guarantee for additional options to get those gaps in coverage filled.

Correct, that service is based on the 22 million hotspots you have access to. There are a lot of factors that would contribute to an intermittent connection when utilizing a hotspot from someone's Xfinity Wireless Gateway. If their account is having issues, it would affect the hotspot broadcasting from their modem as well.
