Internet plus mobile bundle scam

I'm trying to email customer service so I have something in writing. I signed up for what I thought was a really good deal. Xfinity told me I'd be getting internet and mobile together for $65 the first year, and additional $30 after the first year. I left Verizon and have been recommending Xfinity to everyone. It was a lie. I'm being charged $65 for internet and $70 for mobile. I'm absolutely furious. The live agent online just disconnected the chat and I can't find a way to email. Does anyone know how I can email them?

@user_dvnla2 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Promotions for a free Xfinity Mobile line, or an additional discount on the home internet for having a mobile line are great, but last only one year. What are the charges and the details for your mobile service? Plans right now are $50 for Premium Unlimited, $40 for Unlimited, and $20 for By the Gig. You can check the details for the charges on your mobile statement, or by signing in to your account here https://xfinity.com/mobile/my-account/.

I only just signed up in December. I am only getting the free line for one year, currently. I'm being charged $60 for mobile, 2 lines, and, separately, $65 for internet. This was supposed to be one bundle. It's insane. My town is voting on getting local fiber. I was so pleased with Xfinity and my supposed deal that I was wavering. I should have known better.

I will be all over the community forums in time for the vote. This is nuts. I was so pleased with customer service. I had called to cancel my internet and ended up agreeing to internet and moving from Verizon to Xfintiy for mobile because the deal was so good. Customer service was so helpful. I can't believe I fell for it.

@user_dvnla2 Glad to hear you have the free line active now, it's a great promotion. The internet and mobile charges are not included on one bill, as they are separate services. Home phone, internet, cable and security services all show up on one bill, they're residential services. While mobile service has its own monthly statement.

No. Not great. I understand they are separate bills. But, the bundle I was sold was a total cost of $70 (added smart watch) for internet and mobile. I was told I would receive a credit on my internet to bring the total cost of internet and mobile to $70. I would have never left Verizon for one year, one free line.
It's not a great promotion. I'm overcharged for internet. And 1 line for free for a year. I can have my Verizon back, 2 lines for almost the same price. You guys lied. At best, you misled me. This was my experience with Comcast previously, but thought things had changed. Maybe just because my town, and many towns in my area, are looking at building local fiber (offering crazy deals so we wouldn't vote for local fiber).

@user_dvnla2 Thanks for clarifying further. Help us with a few questions to make sure we understand what is happening. How many phone lines do you have in total? That would include the free one and any accessories like watches.
