Internet Plan

Hello,
I would like to inquire about my current internet service plan. I have recently discovered that my internet speed appears to be lower than what family members and friends in the same city are receiving, despite their reportedly lower costs.
Could you please investigate if there are any promotional offers available that align with my current needs, or alternatively, provide an explanation for this discrepancy in service and pricing?
