Internet plan price increases every year in past 3 years

I am done with Xfinity.

Joined 2020 for a promo price of 105/m with decent internet speed and 125 tv channels which I never watched which was a mistake from day one.

For same plan,

2021 price increases to 115

2022 price increases to 140

2023 to 155

[Edited: "Language"] When I try to change my plan, I have no choice but to choose a tv channel add on.  I finally changed to a 10 channels plan instead of 125 channels and now price decreased to 115 but still too much for a on average 200mbps download speed !!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Dump TV! Look at your full, detailed bill. You are probably being charged a ton of money in Broadcast Fees, RSN Fees, cable box fees, DVR fees, etc.... Just dump TV and go with either a "live" service like YouTube TV, or give up on mostly live and stick with streaming services.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Oh no. We do not want to lose you as a customer and look forward to turning this around @user_ee9cf9

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it

 See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9r for an example.
