Internet Plan Change

I have been trying to change my internet plan and eliminate streaming services for 4 months. 

Xfinity

7/15 - Call - was told that streaming service would be dropped, internet would be 1 Gig and bill would be ~$90 going forward

9/04 - Call - Was told the otriginal order never went through for some reason. Was promised they would make the change and credit the nextt month with a $0 bill to make up for it

10/10 - Call - still receiving $170 bills, was told change was now made and would be reflected in November. They were going to send the refund request to a manager and be in touch

11/05 - Call - On hold for 1 hour (and counting) with AI agent.
