internet package fee changing to ???

Got a letter from xfinity saying my promotional package will end and it "will be higher".  They can't even tell me how much!!!!!!!! Been online, etc for over an hour, can't get a simple question anwered. Most frustrating company ever dealt with. Had similar situation trying to talk to an agent about interent inconsistencies. No humans out there at xfintiy.
