Internet Outages

I have had almost 4 weeks with no Internet or intermittent service!!!, I work from home, and this is unacceptable. Iam considering other options even though I have been Comcast/Xfinity customer for more than 15 years!! I work from home and your lack of services is affecting me. I've using my AT&T hotspot but unfortunately, I have used 100% of my mobile hotspot data.

@user_y8vedt  Thanks for posting and letting us know. We know it's important to rely on your home connection, and want your hotspot saved for using it on the go. We have an awesome troubleshooting tool here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/schedule-repair-appointment that will help fix the connection, or schedule a tech. That will fix it remotely or get someone onsite asap.
