Internet outages in Pembroke, Pines, Florida

Why are there persistent Internet outage in my area? I have not received any notices of maintenance or work being done in my area. This is a persistent issue affecting my work during the day and I am never offered any credits. Also, customer service is nonexistent as you make it impossible to speak with anybody.
