Internet Outages, HOW RELIABLE ARE YOU?
How many outages will occur in a month? I'm working remotely and depend on wifi to get my job done. It's ridiculous to have to deal with outages, how reliable is your company? A whole week of outages beginning of the month and now again. You all need to work harder please! So frustrating!!!

The Xfinity App is a great way to review your network details, check for interruptions, or troubleshoot the network. It also has great self-help articles aimed to guide you through various concerns.
When you have network drops, are they listed as a service interruption on the Xfinity App on the Status page or do you see drops frequently with no alerts online?
