Internet outages EVERYDAY since Tuesday, 12/1
I can only request a credit for the two days of work lost; this is really unacceptable in a time of increased telework and virtual school. I have had to use a virtual hotspot over the past 4 days to ensure a consistent connection, leading to absurd data overages and fees on my mobile plan. I would like a full refund of internet costs for December. I would have called to discuss this request, but it seems virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone! There are no customer service numbers listed in my account - simply links to here, twitter, reddit and that god awful Xfinity Assitant chat function that is USELESS.
