Internet outages every other day

Hello Support,

My home Internet has been experiencing intermittent outages that last 10-30 minutes. This began happening after scheduled maintenance on my area on June 18th.

I keep receiving automated texts notifying me that an outage has occurred in my area and they are working to fix the network issues.

I don't think the underlying cause is has yet to be resolved because the outages continue to happen. I get a new text, outage continues. Day or two goes by - rinse and repeat. New outage, new alert text. Issue goes away temporarily.

How can I get an actual tech to come out and help figure out what is wrong?

Thank you.

I completely understand your concern with your internet outages. I will be more than happy to help you wit your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Just for clarification, am I direct messaging you (XfinityDuron) or 'Xfinity Support'?

Thank you
